1 About the Platform

Reavon Carbon Credit Management Unit ("Reavon CCM", "we", "us", or "our") operates a digital platform that facilitates participation in the carbon credit ecosystem through investment packages, portfolio management, and a community referral network.

All returns on this platform are denominated and distributed exclusively in Carbon Credits (CC) — representing proportional participation in verified carbon mitigation projects. Reavon CCM does not operate as a financial institution, bank, or regulated securities exchange.

2 Account Registration

To access platform features, you must register an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information at all times
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account password
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Register using a valid Sponsor ID — self-referral or false sponsor information is prohibited
• Maintain only one account per individual — duplicate accounts will be suspended

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3 Investment Packages & Carbon Credits

Reavon CCM offers two investment packages, both denominated in Carbon Credits (CC):

• All package requests are subject to administrator review and approval before activation
• Carbon Credit distributions are initiated by administrators on a periodic basis
• A user may hold multiple active carbon credit packages simultaneously
• Referral bonuses are credited as separate carbon credit investment entries in the sponsor's account and generate their own periodic CC distributions

4 Referral Programme

The Reavon CCM referral programme operates on a single-level basis:

• Each registered user receives a unique Referral Code in the format RCM + 6 characters
• When a referred user's carbon credit package is approved, the sponsor receives a referral bonus credited as a new carbon credit entry in their account
• Referral bonus entries generate their own periodic Carbon Credit distributions following the same schedule as direct packages
• Referral benefits extend only one level — the direct sponsor only
• Artificial referral manipulation, self-referral schemes, or fraudulent recruitment are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination

5 Withdrawals

Carbon Credits earned through ROI distributions may be withdrawn from the platform wallet subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the member dashboard
• All withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by administrators
• Withdrawal amounts cannot exceed the available wallet balance at the time of request
• Reavon CCM reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals
• Processing timelines are at the discretion of the platform administration

6 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit platform systems or algorithms
• Making false or misleading claims about the platform to recruit members
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account
• Automated scraping, bots, or unauthorized API access
• Harassing, defaming, or threatening other platform users or staff

7 Account Suspension & Termination

Reavon CCM reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Violation of any term in this agreement
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Providing false registration information
• Non-compliance with identity verification requirements

You may also voluntarily close your account by contacting support. Active investments at the time of closure are subject to platform policies regarding outstanding balances.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, branding, and materials on the Reavon CCM platform — including but not limited to the logo, text, graphics, user interface, and source code — are the exclusive intellectual property of Reavon CCM and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from Reavon CCM.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reavon CCM shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use
• Loss of data, earnings, or opportunities due to platform downtime or technical issues
• Actions taken by third parties, including sponsors or referral network members
• Fluctuations in the value or availability of carbon credits in external markets

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We encourage users to first contact our support team to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal remedies.

11 Amendments to Terms

Reavon CCM reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email and platform notifications. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
